Possible meeting of participants in Brest, accommodation in a comfortably equipped coach, departure to Vienna (850 km). Meeting of Ukrainian participants in Chop, accommodation in a comfortably equipped coach, departure to Vienna (550 km). Arrival in Vienna. Registration and placing in the hotel «Arion»***+. Lodging.

Breakfast. Organizational meeting. Sightseeing tour around Vienna. Lunch. Departure to the Hall of Zentralberufsschulle (hall capacity – 500 persons, size of the stage – 6mx10m).Acquaintance with playgrounds, technical services, consultations, repetitions. Exposition preparations of participants’ compositional pieces. Preparation for the opening of the festival. The ceremonial opening of the Festival. Dinner.

Breakfast. Realization of the contest by the nominations: choreography and theatrical genre, instrumental genre and vocal. The open air painters’ meeting. Lunch. Continuation of the contest. Dinner. Departure for Park amusement Prater.

Breakfast. Summing up of results of the contest. Departure for the Schoenbrunn castle, a stroll in the palace square and garden, attendance of the Zoo. Lunch. Rehearsal of Gala-concert. Gala-concert. Parade-closing of the Festival. Rewarding winners. Dinner.

Breakfast. Departure to Salzburg (for extra cost) – the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (lunch in paper bags). Sightseeing excursion around Salzburg. Coming back to Vienna. Dinner.

Applications for participation in a festival and indicative lists of participants move till March 15, 2016.

SERVICE COST:
— children - 450€, adults - 465€
— For groups with personal transport:
— — children - 380 EUR, adults – 395 EUR


Our services include:
Transportation: Chop – Vienna – Chop
— (in comfortably equipped coach);
Lodging: hotel «Arion»***+,
— 2-3- placed numbers with conveniences;
Meals: 3 meals/day in a restaurant of the hotel;
Excursions: Vienna (sightseeing), transfer
— to Shonbrunn, Zoo, Park Prater;
Fee of participation in the festival;
Insurance in case of accident.

SERVICE COST:
children - 220 €, adults - 230 €
FREE OF CHARGE:
1 place for the leader of a group with more than 15 persons

Note:
— participants pay entrance fees for ZOO (8 EUR),
—  Shonbrunn castle, Salzburg (45 EUR);
— Russian participants arriving in Brest, verify the cost of
— Brest – Vienna – Brest; — participants, who arrive by train or plane,
— additionally verify the cost of transport services.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

— The amount of fee for specified purposes (price) is clarified either
—  when the application form or the invitation is sent.
— Before the accommodation in a hotel, the group leader shall donate
— 15 Euro per capita, in case of possible damages to the hotel.
—  If the hotel does not have any objections to participants,
— who leave the hotel, the insurance is given back
