for the XV-th International Festival-contest

Arrival in the pearl of the Adriatic coast of Slovenia city of Portoroz. Registration and placing in the hotel «Hotel Vile Park»*** (located on the waterfront with great views of the sea and the Bay of Piran). Lodging.

Breakfast. Organizational meeting. Sightseeing excursion around Piran - Community center Piran - city - open-air museum, which preserved magnificent examples of medieval (mainly Venetian) architecture. Lunch. Departure to the Tartini Theatre Piran (address: Kidricevo nabrezje, 6 Sl-6330 Piran, Slovenia; hall capacity – 263 persons, size of the stage – 8м х 10м). Acquaintance with playgrounds, technical services, consultations, rehearsals. Complication of the exposition of nominees in the Fine Art contest. Preparations before the opening of the festival. Ceremonial opening of the Festival. Dinner.

Breakfast. Realization of the contest by the nominations: choreography and theatrical genre, vocal and instrumental genre. The open air painters’ meeting. Lunch. Continuation of the contest. Dinner.

Breakfast. Organizational meeting. Free time at the beach. Lunch. Rehearsal before the Gala-concert. Gala-concert. Rewarding of the winners. Ceremonial closing of the Festival. Dinner.

Breakfast. Departure on a catamaran «Prince of Venice» to Venice. Sightseeing tour of Venice, which together with the Venice lagoon, has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Lunch (lunch package). Free time. Coming back to Portoroz. Dinner.

Breakfast. Departure of the participants of the festival.

Application forms for participation in the competition of festival project

The deadline for Application Form is 20 June 2017.



SERVICE COST: children – 395 EUR, adults – 405 EUR
Complex of services includes:
Location: 2-3-placed with conveniences in the hotel
— «Hotel Vile Park»***;
Meals: 3 meals/day (buffet);
Excursions: Portoroz (sightseeing);
Tariff of participation in the festival.

SERVICE COST: children – 230 EUR, adult – 240 EUR
FREE OF CHARGE: 1 place for the leader of a group from 15 persons.

Additional payments:
— transfer Chop – Bratislava – Portoroz – Budapest – Chop (to specify the value);
— transfer Vienna – Portoroz – Vienna (to specify the value);
— excursion to Venice (55 EUR).
Note:
— it is desirable to take airline tickets to Vienna.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

— The amount of fee for specified purposes (price) is clarified either when the application form or the invitation is sent.

— Before the accommodation in a hotel, the group leader shall donate 10 Euro per capita, in case of possible damages to the hotel. If the hotel does not have any objections to participants, who leave the hotel, the insurance is given back.

— In case of application giving it is necessary to specify the voucher value.
