THE AIM of the international contest is development and
breeding of talented youth by means of art; establishment
art contacts between children groups; enhancement
of international connections and cooperation by means
of interaction and mutual enrichment of growing up generation
in the sphere of culture.

KEY TASKS OF THE FESTIVAL:
