Meeting of Ukrainian participants in Lvov, accommodation in a comfortably equipped coach, departure to Prague (850 km). Arrival, registration and placing in the hotel «Best Western Amedia Express»***.

Breakfast. Organizational meeting. Sightseeing tour around Prague. Lunch. Departure to the Culture Center «Zahrada» (address: Malenicka 4 / 1784, Prague 11, 148 00, hall capacity – 250 persons, size of the stage – 7,5m x 8m). Acquaintance with playgrounds, technical services, repetitions. Complication of the exposition of nominees in the Fine Art contest. Preparations for the festival opening. Ceremonial opening of the Festival. Dinner.

Breakfast. Realization of the contest by the nominations: choreography and theatrical genre, vocal and instrumental genre. The open air painters’ meeting. Lunch. Continuation of the contest. Dinner. The evening show «Singing water fountain» (for extra cost).

Breakfast. Organizational meeting. Leaving on a river cruise on the Vltava (for extra cost). Lunch. Rehearsal of Gala-concert. Gala-concert. Parade-closing of the Festival. Rewarding winners. Dinner.

Application forms for participation in the competition of festival project

The deadline for Application Form is 01 April 2017.

SERVICE COST:
— children - 380 EUR, adults - 395 EUR;
groups with personal transport:
— children - 315 EUR, adults - 330 EUR;
Complex of services includes:
Transportation: Lvov – Prague – Chop (in comfortably — equipped coach);
Lodging: «Best Western Amedia Express»*** (2-placed);
Meals: 3-meals/day in a restaurant of the hotel;
Fee participation in the festival;
Excursions: Prague (review), transfer «Singing water fountain»
Insurance in case of accident.
4-DAYS’ BEING FESTIVAL IS POSSIBLE

SERVICE COST:
— children - 175 EUR, adults  — 185 EUR;
FREE OF CHARGE:
1 place for the leader of a group of more than 15 persons.

Note:
— participants pay entrance fees for:
— «Singing water fountain» (12 EUR);
— additional excursions:
— Dresden (35 EUR), Czech Krumlov (45 EUR);
— participants, who arrive by train or plane, additionally verify the cost
— of transport services.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

— Amount of fee for specified purposes (price) is clarified either when the application form or the invitation is sent.

— Before the accommodation in a hotel, the group leader shall donate 10 Euro per capita, in case of possible damages to the hotel. If the hotel does not have any objections to participants, who leave the hotel, the insurance is given back.
