Application forms for participation in the competition of festival project
«Constellation» must be given

The deadline for Application Form is 1st June 2019.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
— The registration fee (100 EUR/person) should be paid along with the sending of the application form. This amount is considered a pledge and will be taken into account as a part of participation cost in the final calculations (in case the group (soloist) withdraws its application, the pledge is not refundable).
— When applying, it is necessary to specify the participation cost.
— Before the accommodation in a hotel, the group leader shall donate 20 Euro per capita, in case of possible damages to the hotel. If the hotel does not have any objections to participants, who leave the hotel, the insurance is given back.
SERVICE COST: children – 380 EUR, adults – 390 EUR
— Accomodation: double and triple rooms in the hotels «Minicaravelle»
— «and «Vianello»***;
— Meals: breakfast and dinner (buffet) at Lido di Jesolo.;
— Excursions: sightseeing tour at Lido di Jesolo;
— Travel expenses;
— Insurance in case of accident.

FREE OF CHARGE: 1 place for the leader of a group from 15 persons.
Additional payments:
— sightseeing tour to Venice (35 EUR);
— transfer Mukachevo – Lido di Jesolo – Chop (cost to be specified);
— transfer Venice – Lido di Jesolo – Venice (cost to be specified),
— lunches in Lido di Jesolo: 5 EUR/meal, 10 EUR/buffet.
