Possible meeting participants in Brest, Budapest. Accommodation in a comfortably equipped coach, departure to Liptovsky Mikulas. Meeting of Ukrainian participants in Chop, accommodation in a comfortably equipped coach, departure to Liptovsky Mikulas (280 km). Arrival, registration and placing in the accommodation complex «TATRALANDIA».

Breakfast. Organizational meeting. Sightseeing tour around Liptovsky Mikulas. Lunch. Departure to the Cultural House of Liptovsky Mikulas (hall capacity – 600 persons, size of the stage – 8mx13m). Acquaintance with playgrounds, technical services, repetitions. Complication of the exposition of nominees in the Fine Art contest. Preparations for the opening of the festival. Ceremonial opening of the Festival. Dinner.

Breakfast. Realization of the contest program by nominations. The open air painters’ meeting. Lunch. Continuation of the contest program. Holding of master-class trainings. Attendance of Aqua Park (for extra cost). Dinner.

Breakfast. Organizational meeting. Departure in Low Tatry – mountaineering to Chopok peak and visit the cave «Belianska Jaskina» (lift and cave ticket for an additional fee). Lunch. Gala-concert rehearsal. Gala-concert. Ceremonial closing of the Festival. Participants’ Rewards. Dinner.

Application forms for participation in the competition of festival

The deadline for Application Form is 20 February 2016.

SERVICE COST:
— children – 320 EUR, adults – 330 EUR.
— Groups with personal transport:
— — children — 285 EUR, adults — 295 EUR.
Complex of services includes:
Transportation: Chop-Liptovsky Mikulas-Chop
— (in comfortably equipped coach);
Lodging:complex Holiday Village «TATRALANDIA» – two-storied
— bungalow, 3-4-placed with conveniences, telephone, TV, fridge.
Meals: 3 meals/day in a restaurant of the complex;
Fee participation in the festival;
Excursions: Liptovsky Mikulas (review),
— transfer to cave, to the chair lift;
Insurance in case of accident.

children  — 155 EUR, adults  — 165 EUR.
FREE OF CHARGE:
1 place for the leader of a group of more than 15 persons

Note:
— participants pay entrance fees for: mountaineering (8EUR),
— entrance to Aqua Park three times (5EUR), cave (5 EUR);
— participants arriving in Brest, Budapest verify the cost of
— Brest – Liptovsky Mikulas – Brest (600km),
— Budapest – Liptovsky Mikulas – Budapest (280 km);
— participants, who arrive by train or plane, additionally verify
— the cost of transport services

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

— The amount of fee for specified purposes (price) is clarified either — when the application form or the invitation is sent;
— Before the accommodation in a hotel, the group leader shall — donate 10 Euro per capita, in case of possible damages to the hotel. — If the hotel does not have any objections to participants, who leave — the hotel, the insurance is given back.
